Very honest and completely trustworthy. The charge was minimal because it wasn't the dishwasher. Highly recommend this company and especially Victor. I received a call within minutes of providing my information on Service Magic and they were here in 2 hrs! The repair man was 10 minutes early, diagnosed the problem within 25 minutes, and had the parts with him to fix it! He's fixing it now and told me that it won't take more than 30 minutes to fix! His pricing was VERY reasonable in comparison to the other company who called me. He was also very polite and patient in explaining what the problem was with my washing machine.
